Why does the color of the herbal shampoo/oil change slightly over time?
This is a hallmark of Real Natural Ingredients. Unlike synthetic dyes, plant pigments (chlorophyll/anthocyanins) react to light. We use UV stabilizers to minimize this, but a slight color shift actually proves to your customers that the botanical content is authentic.
Do you use animal-derived TCM ingredients (like Musk or Gelatin)?
No. We practice Modern “Green” TCM. We strictly use plant-based alternatives. For example, we use botanical gums instead of gelatin and synthetic musk or plant roots instead of animal extracts, making your line 100% Vegan & Cruelty-Free.
Can we make "Alcohol-Free" herbal tonics?
Yes. Traditional tinctures use alcohol. We use Glycerin Extraction or Glycol bases instead. This makes the product safe for sensitive scalps/skin and, crucially, removes the “Flammable” classification for easier, cheaper shipping.
Can I buy the herbal oils in bulk (Drums) instead of finished bottles?
Yes. We supply Bulk Kg (OEM) service. We can ship the herbal oil or extract in 25kg or 200kg drums. This is ideal if you have your own filling facility locally and just need the compounded active formula from us.
Does the "Organic" claim apply to these herbal products?
It depends. We can source Certified Organic raw herbs (like Organic Ginger), but the final product certification (like USDA Organic) requires the entire supply chain to be certified. We recommend claiming “Made with Organic Ingredients” which is easier to verify and compliant for most brands.
Who owns the formula if we develop a custom herbal blend?
If you pay for the R&D and Custom Formulation Fee, the formula belongs to you exclusively. If you choose one of our “White Label” Stock Formulas, we retain the IP, but you get a faster launch with zero development cost.
