SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be displayed on our website for catalog purposes. These products are subject to availability and may require specific Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) for production. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, as a manufacturer, actual product specifications (color, packaging, texture) will be confirmed via physical samples before mass production. Returns and Refunds: As a B2B manufacturer, returns and refunds are governed strictly by the specific Sales Contract or Purchase Order signed for each transaction, not by a generic online policy. Customized (OEM/ODM) goods are generally non-returnable unless proven defective under the terms of the contract.
